Economic Globalization:
Source of Peace or Source of Conflict?
As we enter the 21st century, globalization appears to be bringing diverse cultures and countries closer together. This tremendous change, a product of the last two decades, is seen by some to be the key to the future while others point to issues which may pose serious problems. This year's Borah Symposium will be held April 24-26, 2001. Speakers will be Carlos Fuentes and Francis Fukuyama, as well as a panel representing different points of view.
